This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for the Volkswagen Touran fitted with a 2.0 TDI engine of 1968 cm³, compatible with engine codes BKD, AZV, BMM and CFHC, under reference KCV. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down, thorough cleaning and detailed inspection of every component; any gears, synchros, bearings and seals showing wear are replaced, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Your old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the new gearbox has been delivered and fitted, so your vehicle is never left off the road. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
