This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox for the Volkswagen Transporter 2.0 TDI is supplied under reference NZR, for an engine capacity of 1968 cm³. Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, internal wear items such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected once the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is not supplied or included in the sale, is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included and reconditioned with the NZR gearbox.

Warranty and payment
