Reconditioned Volkswagen Transporter 2.0 TDI KQK Gearbox

This reconditioned gearbox for the Volkswagen Transporter 2.0 TDI, reference KQK, is compatible with vehicles fitted with a 1968 cm³ diesel engine paired with a six-speed manual gearbox. The reconditioning of this KQK gearbox follows a thorough process: full strip-down of the mechanism, meticulous cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of all internal wear parts (gears, synchros, bearings and seals), reassembly to manufacturer tolerances, and bench testing prior to dispatch.

Exchange basis – rebuilt to 0 km

This gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: the reconditioned unit is dispatched before your old unit is collected. This means your vehicle is never off the road during the exchange. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the KQK gearbox has been delivered and fitted to the vehicle. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the transfer case: this component is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer during reassembly.

Compatibility

This KQK gearbox is compatible with vehicles fitted with engine codes CAAA, CAAB, CAAC, CFCA, CXFA, CXGA, CXHA and DJKA.

Warranty and payment

This gearbox comes with a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment for your order can be spread over several instalments, up to 10.
