This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox for the Volkswagen Transporter 2.0 TDI (1968 cm³) is supplied under reference NZQ, compatible with engine codes CAAA, CAAB, CAAC, CFCA, CXFA, CXGA, CXHA and DJKA. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every internal component, followed by replacement of all wear parts including gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch, however, is included and forms part of the components inspected during reconditioning.
