Restore full power to your Nissan NV400 2.3 dCi
On a van like the NV400, even a small drop in turbo pressure is felt immediately: sluggish acceleration under full load, smoke on the throttle, and loss of power on hills when the vehicle is laden. A new turbo in good condition restores linear engine response, stable boost pressure and a smoother drive, whether the van is running empty or fully loaded.
Compatibility with the Nissan NV400 2.3 dCi
This new turbo is compatible with reference 883860-5003S. It fits the M9T engine with an output of 100kW/136HP, on 2.3 dCi versions of the NV400. This model is specifically associated with the NISSAN NV400 Van (X62, X62B) dCi 135, engine M9T 702, engine capacity 2299 cm3. This is the low-pressure turbo from a sequential twin-turbo setup fitted to certain configurations of the 2.3 dCi. Before purchasing, we recommend checking the reference printed on your old turbo or on the vehicle's identification plate to confirm exact compatibility with your NV400.

Exchange basis and warranty
This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: return of your old turbo is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. It is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your NV400 is not left off the road during the process. The turbo comes with a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
Advice before and during fitting
The service life of a turbo on a 2.3 dCi depends largely on oil circuit maintenance: regular oil changes, a suitable quality oil and a clean air filter all reduce the build-up of deposits on the bearings and vanes. Before fitting the new turbo, check the condition of the oil feed pipes, the cleanliness of the oil circuit, and for any leaks at the intercooler and air intake — common causes of premature failure on this type of diesel van engine. When starting up for the first time, prime the turbo with oil before the first start and avoid hard acceleration during the first few kilometres.
