Not sure you've found the right part?
Why does the Berlingo 2.0 HDI 90 turbo fail so often?
On the Citroën Berlingo fitted with the DW10TD (RHY) engine, the turbocharger is put under particular strain by typical van use: repeated short journeys, frequent heavy loads, and hot restarts without any cooling-down period. These conditions accelerate wear on the bearings and lubrication system. Non-compliant engine oil, neglected oil changes, or a clogged air filter are common causes of premature failure on this DW10TD engine. A cracked intercooler or split hoses can also cause irregular boost pressure and damage the turbine.

Fitting Advice for the Berlingo DW10TD
Before fitting the new turbo to the Berlingo 2.0 HDI, check the oil circuit (hoses and return line) to prevent any particles or residue from reaching the new turbine. Also check the condition of the air intake and filter, as well as the integrity of the intercooler. On first start-up, it is advisable to prime the turbo with oil in order to lubricate the bearings before pressure builds up, which reduces the risk of early seizure.
