This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: return of the old turbo is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. It is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your vehicle is never left off the road. This new turbo comes with a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
Fitting and maintenance advice to protect your turbo
Before fitting the new turbo to your Classe C 200 CDI or 220 CDI, check the oil circuit (lubrication hoses and return pipe) for any blockages or leaks, inspect the condition of the intake hoses and air intake, and replace the air filter if necessary. A clogged or damaged intercooler reduces turbo efficiency and can cause overheating. On first start-up, it is essential to prime the lubrication circuit with oil to prevent the bearings from running dry. Finally, keeping to the recommended oil-change intervals and using a good-quality oil suited to these diesel engines are the best ways to maximise the life of the turbo.
