This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: return of the old turbo is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. It is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your Kadjar is never left off the road. The part is covered by a 12-month parts warranty, provided fitting is carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over several instalments, in up to 10 instalments.

Fitting advice for the 1.5 dCi 110

The K9K engine fitted to the Kadjar is particularly sensitive to oil quality and the regularity of oil changes: insufficient lubrication or degraded oil is one of the leading causes of premature turbo failure. Before fitting, check the oil circuit, the condition of the feed and return hoses, and the cleanliness of the air intake and air filter to prevent any ingestion of particles. Also inspect the intercooler to rule out any air leaks that could place abnormal strain on the turbocharger. When starting the engine for the first time after fitting, it is essential to prime the turbo with oil before the initial start-up to ensure immediate lubrication of the bearings.
