This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for the Audi A3 2.0 TDI with an engine capacity of 1968 cm³, compatible with engine codes BKD, AZV, BMM, BMN, CBAB, CFFB, CFGB, CBBB, CRBC and CRFC, under reference KCU. Before being returned to service, every gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected in detail; any gears, synchros, bearings and seals showing wear are systematically replaced, then the whole unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested to confirm correct operation.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit, which is neither reconditioned nor tested and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is supplied new with this DSG 6 gearbox.
