This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for the Volkswagen Scirocco 2.0 TDI fitted with CFHB and CBBB engines, with an engine capacity of 1968 cm³, and corresponds to reference KCU. Reconditioning involves fully stripping the gearbox, cleaning and inspecting every component, then replacing any worn gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included as part of the reconditioned gearbox.
