Reconditioned Audi S3 2.0 TFSI Gearbox – Reference KPV
This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Audi S3 fitted with the 2.0 TFSI engine (1984 cm³), compatible with engine codes CDLA, CDLB and CJXC, under reference KPV. It is a 6-speed S tronic dual-clutch gearbox, fully stripped, cleaned and inspected before being rebuilt to manufacturer specifications. Any gears, synchros, bearings and seals showing wear are replaced, and the complete unit is bench-tested before dispatch under reference KPV. As fitted to a performance saloon such as the Audi S3, the S tronic gearbox is put under considerable strain, which accelerates wear of internal components during repeated spirited driving.
Signs That Your S tronic Gearbox Needs Replacing
- Jerky or delayed gear changes on the Audi S3;
- Slipping or loss of drive felt during acceleration;
- Gearbox warning light illuminated on the dashboard;
- Shuddering or juddering when pulling away in automatic mode;
- Metallic noise or grinding audible while driving;
- Limp-home mode engaged or gearbox stuck in a single gear;
- Difficulty selecting reverse or a specific gear.
Exchange Basis: a Gearbox Ready to Fit Without Leaving You Stranded
This reconditioned gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: the reconditioned unit is dispatched first, so the garage is never left without a gearbox or with the vehicle off the road. The old gearbox – casing and block intact – is only collected once the reconditioned gearbox has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this component is neither supplied nor included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is supplied new with this gearbox.
Compatibility
This reconditioned gearbox, reference KPV, is compatible with engine codes CDLA, CDLB and CJXC fitted to the Audi S3 2.0 TFSI petrol. It is suitable for vehicles equipped with the 6-speed S tronic dual-clutch gearbox on this engine variant.
Warranty and Payment
This reconditioned gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments – pay in up to 10 instalments – to make purchasing this reconditioned gearbox for your Audi S3 more manageable.
EDEN BOITES supports you every step of the way, from your initial quote through to collection of the old unit.
