This 5-speed manual gearbox undergoes a full reconditioning process: it is completely stripped down, cleaned and inspected, all wear parts – including gears, synchros, bearings and seals – are replaced, and it is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before being returned to service.
