The reconditioned unit is dispatched first, before the old gearbox is even collected: the garage is therefore never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the new gearbox has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
