This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox for the SEAT Ibiza 1.4 TSI (1390 cm³), reference NQH, is compatible with vehicles fitted with the CAVE, CTHE and CTJC engines. This dual-clutch automatic gearbox is found in a wide range of Ibiza models powered by the 1.4 TSI petrol engine, and its correct operation is essential for smooth gear changes and reliable everyday transmission performance. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of all internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

This gearbox, reference NQH, is sold without the mechatronic unit: this component is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch, however, is supplied new with this gearbox.
