Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of all internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the GDP gearbox has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
