Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first, before the old unit is collected. Your old gearbox, with its casing or block intact, is only collected after the HXU unit has been delivered and fitted, so the vehicle is never left immobilised. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
