Reconditioned DSG 6 Gearbox – Skoda Superb 2.0 TDI
This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox for the Skoda Superb 2.0 TDI, reference LQV, is compatible with engine codes BKP, CBBB, CFFB, CFGB, CLJA, CRLB and DFHA, with an engine capacity of 1968 cm³. The DSG 6 dual-clutch gearbox normally delivers fast, smooth gear changes; however, an internal fault can lead to a loss of driving comfort and make gearbox replacement necessary. Reconditioning involves a complete strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch. The dual-clutch assembly is supplied new with this gearbox, reference LQV.

- Gearbox stuck in a single gear
Exchange Basis: Your Workshop Is Never Left Standing
