The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the 20DP75 has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

How this gearbox is reconditioned

The gearbox is fully stripped down, cleaned and inspected component by component. Any gears, synchros, bearings and seals showing signs of wear are systematically replaced. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances, followed by a final bench test to ensure all gear changes function correctly.
