This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for Volkswagen Scirocco models fitted with the 2.0 TSI engine (1984 cm³, engine code CCZB), and corresponds to reference HUT. The reconditioning process involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of all internal wear parts including gears, synchros, bearings and seals, followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and a bench test.

Your original gearbox – casing and block intact – is only collected after delivery and fitting, so your workshop is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road unnecessarily. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this component is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and the vehicle's original unit must be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included and reconditioned along with the entire internal mechanism.

Warranty and payment
