The reconditioning process is comprehensive: the gearbox is fully stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected once the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
