It is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted to your SEAT Toledo, so your vehicle is not left off the road. The part carries a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over several instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
Advice before and after fitting
On this 1.9 TDI ASZ engine, premature turbo failure is often caused by a lubrication fault, insufficient oil quality, or an oil change not carried out under proper conditions, as well as a clogged air filter or intercooler. Before fitting the new turbo, check the oil circuit, the condition of the hoses and the air intake to rule out any contamination. When starting up, make sure to prime the turbo with oil before the first engine start, to ensure immediate lubrication of the bearings.
