This reconditioned gearbox is designed for Audi A3 models fitted with the 1.6 TDI engine of 1598 cm³, covering engine codes CAYC, CLHA and CRKB. It carries reference NKA and replaces a worn or faulty S tronic 7 gearbox. Reconditioning involves fully stripping the gearbox, cleaning and inspecting every component, replacing internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals, then reassembling it to manufacturer tolerances before a bench test.
