All these blocks share the same engine capacity and the same commercial name, but the engine code suffix makes all the difference: M9R721, M9R750, M9R760, M9R802, M9R830, M9R832 and M9R833 are seven non-interchangeable variants. This code is the only piece of information that allows you to select the correct bare engine for your X-Trail T31; the production year alone is not sufficient, as several variants coexisted during the same period.
