Identifying the correct reference depends on the model year, not just the engine code

The engine code 8140.43S confirms the block, but is not sufficient to determine the exact gearbox. References such as 20UM04, 20UM17, 20UM21 or 20LE22 correspond to different configurations within this same generation. The identification plate affixed to the gearbox casing remains the most reliable reference to avoid any matching error.
